21st Gives Back: Zoo Knoxville

Our team really enjoyed volunteering at the Knoxville Zoo. While there, we helped the grounds keeping crew with landscaping and other clean up. If you go on a camel ride, you will see the grass we transplanted and mulched around! The staff was very thankful for our help and we even got to hang with the gorillas for a few minutes. The Knoxville Zoo works to maintain a healthy, genetically diverse population in zoos to ensure we don't lose animals to extinction when wild populations are in peril. They are always looking for volunteers to help continue their conservation efforts.
